Dear Mr. & Mrs. Grimes,

 

According to topography surveyor map done at April 2000 existing fence between our lots does not stay on the proper line (property line).

Surveyor map as well clear disclosures situation with redwood tree which:

 

  1. Became very big and hazardous now for both of us.
  2. Its trunk protrudes into my property.
  3. Its roots came in the direction of my house

So, please, lets replace this fence into the proper place. Use your “REMOVAL PERMIT” (Protected Tree Removal application #02-PTR-09)

 

My previous offer to compensate you 50% of your expenses is in power. I am just waiting for your estimate.

 

I case you are very busy, for sure, I can hire appropriate contractors to make all said works under my supervision. Just give me your commission, proxy, power of attorney, etc. and 50% imprest, advance payment.

 

I believe this will help you to sell your home without addition headache in future.
