Double-wall flue 1.10. Supply Openings and return air gril 1.11. Clean-up & haul away debris 1.12. Test and Run   Second floor (loft) - approximately 250 sq. ft.   1. Install new Mitsubishi ductless split 2 ton 24,000 BTU 2. Run electrical - use 220v service from main electrical box 3. Run Refrigerant Line 2. Feel with cooling fluid (refrigerant) 3.
