beginning)

Pro CD is scheduled to be delivered to me... but somebody from Dell
cancelled said delivery

e-mail with this matter

got...

Today -
When I start PC and input my ID and PW, I got: Stop: 0x0000008E
(0xC0000002, 0x805379AC, 0xB3ABB5AC, 0x0000000), - PC start to dump
physical memory. Some mechanical noise was present
I restart
PC as usual, input my ID and PW and PC start work properly...
What it was
I don't know... And I report Dell Technical Support via chat (Session
ID: 7624263,

Technician - You must restart your PC, hit F12 and pass full test
I did so
and after 30 minutes got:
Error Code 0F00:136C - IDE Device faild: blank media or no media is
present in optical drive
