Since July 2011 you was asked by me and
Farmers to provide License plate number of Party 1. Nothing
else... But you were refusing to act so by unknown reason...

speed 70 mph. My car was directly ahead of him and was moving at speed

Why P1 made left turn
from University Ave.? if Menlo Park, where he lives, is located to the
right from University? If he 42 years old, 6'-2" tall young guy really
afraid of me - 5'-2" tall 66 years old guy, father of 4, grandfather of 7
and grand grand father of 1, why he fail to call police of highway
patrol or other emergency officials like I did almost immediately? I do
know why. Because he did know he was wrong and he got real risk to loose
his professional Driver license... |

Witness lies as all
witnesses use to do... But Investigator likes his statements, because he
was call emergency personnel... Stupid Russian statements Investigator
just don't like, despite I call to police immediately too.
The matter is - witness
statements just support Investigator's preliminary opinion he already
has. In such situation Investigator even does not need to held any
investigation. He just need make paperwork, which would support his
preliminary opinion...
In fact it was me who
start to run after my harm-doer, who hit me and "fled the scene
immediately following the collision". I want to catch his license plate
number... In less then 45 second I reach Subaru Outback, got that number
and try to write it down... At this moment I lost Subaru from my view.
Since I got that number I immediately call to police, driving toward my
house... Officer came quickly and I was given
