			Constitution:

Article 1 declaration of rights, adopted 1879:

All people are by nature free and independent and have inalienable
rights. Among these are enjoying and defending life and liberty,

			My
			comments: If I
have right and this is not just "puff of air", somebody must have
duty to make my rights true. In most cases that "somebody" are
bureaucrats of all kinds, who in real life almost always prefer act
as my Master and not as regular service provider

			Mr. Vergasov,

I do not understand what you mean by you not buying such stories. If
you could please clarify, maybe I can better assist you.

It would be unethical for us to receive payment from the other
insurance company and to not reimburse you for what is owed to you.

We have not been able to obtain payment from the other insurance
company. They are still investigating liability.

We cannot issue you a payment that we have not received.

			Thank You

			My comments:

			"Stolen" vs. "Mistake".
			When somebody put
money into my pocket, I would treat that as an mistake, when money
was taken from my pocket, this is stealing or theft

You have problems with you business partners? Why should I even know
			about that???
