1.
According to proposed Site plan,
Accessory Structure (section 3):
- will be
erected at the left side of the existing home, locking from the street;
- will
looks like standard 3 width (3 section) Mobile house structure;
- will have
the same length + 5' to the Back Yard, to create addition egress;
- will have
the same siding outside;
2. Wood
frame:
- will be
supported by standard piers, standing on modern plastic "slabs"
- will be
covered with rough floor 1-1/2" plywood, so, finished new floor would be
4" lower, than existing home has
3. All
walls will be made from 2"x4" with but insulation in them
4. Windows
from existing home will be moved to the outer wall of the Accessory
Structure
- Windows
mentioned will be replaced with 3 skylights in the existing home, over
Kitchen, BR1 and BR2
5. Ceiling
of the Accessory Structure may be done as a cathedral one (Slope)

Accessory Structure doors:
- both
doors will have Storm doors on Front and Rear entrances;
- no hallow
doors will be used;
7. Roof -
asphalt tile
8. Bathroom
will have
- Shower
cabin, toilet Niagara, and sink and low noise vent Panasonic with very
low sons;
- floor
will be linoleum;
9. Laundry
area will have both washer and Dryer machines set
10. Both
existing and Accessory Structure floors:
- will be
covered with new hardwood floor;
- will have
3-4" baseboard
- no carpet
of any kind will be used;
10. Inside
walls and ceiling
- bill be
covered with the same materials as Existing home
- and
painted in white color;

Existing Electric 50 amps power:
- should be
revised;
- brakers
should be re-assigned;

Accessory Structure heating will be provided from existing furnace

Existing Awning will be relocated to the right site of the home and
and create
additional covering to existing Driveway
