Dear Patrick,

1. Fifteen days before you create you bid for this job, you was given my roof drawings to know project details and to create material take-off
2. We got Agreement, i.e. I accepted your Proposal at January 31, 2005
3. After 2-3 days after I accepted your Proposal I told you that both your License and Working compensation Insurance are not good
4. But you assure me that your you already made prolongation of said documents... "On-line information always delays", - you said...
5. You ordered set of roof material at "ABC Supply Co. Inc.", made payment for it and I made reimbursement to you
5. In couple day you brought your workers and they start to place the felt. Said job was done within one working day
6. After that you made big time break. We should wait when stucco job will be finished
7. Before that you crew showed up several time and made roof tile installation where it was possible...
8. But they forgot to install four of pieces which belong to O'Hagin Ventilation system, shown on above roof drawings
9. I called you several time since end of July, 2005, but you never appears on my job site... And 2-3 weeks ago you stopped to respond to my voice massages

You give no chance, but try to find some help to you, who may better explain you you situation, created exclusively by you... so
I'll will send this claim to Building License Board of State of California and ask them to help you....

Let me share my plan. I will wait for your start O'Hagin Ventilation system installation three working day, only. No more discussion, etc...
And at following Tuesday my claim (one click) will be in Sacramento...

As I now know, you have no "Working compensation insurance policy", so don't send any of your workers
to my site and roof, please. I expect that you finish you roof mission yourself, i.e. personally

Good luck
