We shall supply the materials necessary to complete rough plumbing.

 

Upon rough plumbing installation we shall supply 4-hose bibbs, 1-clothes washer box & 1-ice maker box.

 

Upon finish plumbing installation we shall supply and install industry standard hook-up materials such as chrome angle-stops, chrome escutcheons, braided steel supply tubes, ABS p-traps, corrugated stainless gas flex connectors, etc.

 

This estimate currently does NOT include the supplying of any rough or finish mounted fixtures such as toilets, sinks, faucets, master bathtub, shower pans, wall mounted valves, garbage disposals, etc.

 

All sanitary drainage piping shall be ABS with the exception of 1st to 2nd floor vertical risers which shall be of cast iron.

Domestic water supply within the building shall be of type "M" copper.

Included Circulation type piping and circular pump (with timer and aquastat), so hot water should come immediately from any faucet

Included city Sewer connection to existing sewer pipe capped at front yard

Note: This cost does not included any underground  trenching , back filling , compacting.

 

Payments shall be as follows:

1st Payment  $2,700.00

At the crawlspace/subfloor plumbing

12.4 % of labor and materials                                         

2nd Payment  $12,000.00

Plumbing after framing completed at 1^st and 2^nd floor

55.3 % labor and materials

Rough plumbing inspection passed Payment  $7,000.00  – balance will be paid 

32.3 % labor and material
