Hello,
I'm sorry to hear about the problem you experienced with your

We will investigate this problem further and do whatever possible to
correct it. It is certainly not our intention to ship defective

We always appreciate customer input on how we can improve our store,
and I'll consider your feedback for future improvement and to

Mr. Vergasov,
I do not understand what you mean by you not buying such stories. If
you could please clarify, maybe I can better assist you.
It would be unethical for us to receive payment from the other
insurance company and to not reimburse you for what is owed to you.
We have not been able to obtain payment from the other insurance
company. They are still investigating liability.
We cannot issue you a payment that we have not received.
Thank You

My comments:
"Stolen" vs. "Mistake".
When somebody put
money into my pocket, I would treat that as an mistake, when money
was taken from my pocket, this is stealing or theft
You have problems with you business partners? Why should I even know
about that???
