Hello,

1. You said: “We would not do this on pourpose

I and no Law specialist will not buy said statement, because by base presumption of the Civil Law presumption you certainly doeverybody does and I am not exclusion too…

Civil Law presumption are 180 degrees different from Criminal Code presumpsion of innocence. By Civile Code presumption everybody is quilty just by default

That’s why everybody in the eveyday normal civil life has duty to prove, that he does not…, he is not

And just statement only is not enough or sufficient…

Thus I don’t buy such statement and nobody will

2. You have contradiction in you existing business practice. Under pressure of the business Law you gave to us 1 year standard warranty… But from other hand you want us to buy your map subscription, by informing customers:

  1. you have only 20 days after activation to update you map once for free
  2. other map updates you must buy for about $90

If we don’t buy your map updates we immediately start to suffer problems which I described in my claim to you…

What another explanation should we have?

Take Care of Business
