Installation of (2) forced air, gas systems with full air conditioning. Furnaces qty two (2) Latitude TG9S Series Gas Furnaces http://www.yorkupg.com/homeowners/pdfs/Y_LAT_TG9S_SS.pdf shall be 95% efficient, with qty two (2) Latitude TCGD 13 SEER Air Conditioners http://www.yorkupg.com/homeowners/pdfs/6230_LAT_TCGD_AC_SS.pdf.

-All ductwork shall be mastic sealed, R6 insulated wireflex with mastic sealed boots and wyes.

-Install all new, registers, grills,(filter grill upstairs) and (2) digital, programmable thermostats.
