Item#2: The following material are included in the bid:

All rough in materials for (boxes, wires, main panel, breakers, outlets, switches and dimmers locations)

Provide rough and installation 200 Amps 120/240 volts MAINPANEL – as small as possible: Meter + main breaker only

Provide rough and installation 125 Amps 120/240 volts SUBPANEL – Subpanels should be three: 1st and 2nd floor + Garage

Provide rough and installation 50 Amps 120/240 outlet for oven.

Provide rough and installation 30 Amps 120/240 volts outlet for dryer .

Provide rough and installation 30 Amps 120/240 volts disconnected switch for A/C – Should be 40-50amps

Provide rough and installation 20 Amps 120 volts circuit for washer.

Provide rough and installation 20 Amps 120 volts circuit for garbage disposal.

Provide rough and installation 20 Amps 120 volts circuit for  hood.

Note 2: This bid does not include any trenching or conduits between buildings or from the street/pole

Note 3: This bid does not include permit

Note 4: This bid does include any wall / roof or stucco repair if required, but only those, which are caused by electrical contractor
